Hello there! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I really enjoy reading your blog posts.

After I originally left a comment I appear to have clicked the
-Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now each time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
Is there a way you can remove me from that service?
